An abandoned attempt at making a user-friendly command-line utility for running clavr-x and automating large processing jobs. Still some useful stuff in here (filename regexes, hdf4->netcdf4 converters, misc utilities)

My fork of iff-v1 for AVHRR support. I also back-ported fusion channel capabilities so we could write out hdf4 files for clavr-x with fusion channel (including AVHRR!).

Simulates the elevation and slope of the ocean surface with a particular power spectrum, and applies the specular condition to the slope to calculate the surface sunglint. Correlations are added between various elevation phase components.
