An abandoned attempt at making a user-friendly command-line utility for running clavr-x and automating large processing jobs. Still some useful stuff in here (filename regexes, hdf4->netcdf4 converters, misc utilities)

Given an input directory containing clavr-x level2's and a date, make corresponding tar files for that date. The script will create one tar file for each satellite found, with tar filenames matching NCEI Submission Agreement convention.

Dumping ground for all accumulated code over the last several years... mostly Python and bash scripts written for specific purposes.

Use ms2gt to regrid a clavrx level2/level2b file onto grid defined by GPD file.

My fork of iff-v1 for AVHRR support. I also back-ported fusion channel capabilities so we could write out hdf4 files for clavr-x with fusion channel (including AVHRR!).
