Python package with a number of tools for including sounder data with an iff2 file.

General usage: + collo2iff + cris2iff + fuse2iff

NOTE: Scripts / workflow may change, this is quick & dirty to get example 1.0 files for testing & feedback. File structure should remain constant barring problems unforseen.
