GOES-R DO.07 update changes central G16 ABI wavelengths; confirm output of axi-tools is correct

Based on this email chain, the DO.07 update to the ground system that happened yesterday included an update to the wavelengths in the ABI L1B files (see values below). We need to determine if there was any impact on CSPP Geo product and quicklook generation, downstream of L1B. The affected variable is called "band_wavelength".
Please evaluate the impact, if any, of the change on CMI generation (Ray), AITF product generation other than CMI (Alan), and GRB and AITF quicklook generation (Eva). We are mainly interested in the effect on the publicly released software, which would be the AITF beta and GRB 1.0.
For reference, here are the "before" and "after" values, dumped from ABI L1B products received over GRB. As you can see, only some of the wavelengths changed.

The axi-tools code should be passing through these wavelengths from the L1b to CMIP/SCMI output.
