Add virtual host support

In the future the SDS may publish notifications to a non-default virtual host. Adding the ability to choose which virtual host to connect to would benefit users receiving messages from the SDS’ RabbitMQ servers.

Backwards compatability

Keep ‘/‘ as the default vhost when the --vhost option is not specified.
