Packaging and extra logic building "goesr" and "himawari" modules into AXI-tools software distribution.

Given an input directory containing clavr-x level2's and a date, make corresponding tar files for that date. The script will create one tar file for each satellite found, with tar filenames matching NCEI Submission Agreement convention.

netcdf and hdf libraries compiled with updated gfortran compiler on centos 6. Useful because centos 6 repos only have old gfortran, but we want to use an old glibc for maximum forward compatibility. (Fortran libraries must use same compiler)
