Add product map to handle non-"all" product cases

This is an overhaul of the G2G handling. Basically it adds a new set of functionality based on a hacky environment variable where you specify incoming product names from AMQP and what G2G products should be made from them. This allows us to handle individual L2 files.

I still need to make this new environment variable available from the helm chart.
