TDQF testing
Test data is now available with TDQF changes related to G17 loop heat pipe mitigation.
espresso:/apollo/csppgeo/test_cases/cmi/DO.07.02 <-- L1B and CMI from the program
espresso:/data/users/nickb/grb/build-testing/cspp-geo-grb-1.0/do.07.02/ <-- L1B from the GRB package
The expectation is that the quality updates in L1B should flow to CMI (see attached PDF).
