axi_tools ABI CMI files has L1B and L2+ in the same file

Axi tools, v20180102 when used to generate G16 CMI files contains the following:

The "long_name" attribute under the CMI variable says file is: "ABI L2+" while the "long_name" attribute under DQF variable and the "dataset_name" under Global attributes says it is "L1b Radf"
