My fork of iff-v1 for AVHRR support. I also back-ported fusion channel capabilities so we could write out hdf4 files for clavr-x with fusion channel (including AVHRR!).

Use ms2gt to regrid a clavrx level2/level2b HDF file onto grid defined by GPD file. Output is NetCDF.
